I confirm I am disabled or have restricted mobility and am not physically
able to take my recycling and refuse to the normal collection point. There
isn’t anyone who can take my recycling and refuse to the normal collection
point for me. You will receive a paper form in the post which you will
need to have counter signed by a medical professional who can confirm your
circumstances. This could be a support worker, doctor, nurse or social
